Error:
Cannot change the properties of the file named _MSSETUP.EXE.
Cause:
Setup cannot change file properties to read-only, or may change the file but reports that the change is unsuccessful.
Solution:
Delete SETUP.INI from the hard drive and reinstall Office or the lone application.
1) Delete SETUP.INI from the hard drive.
2) Re-start the workstation.
3) Re-run SETUP.
